• Hopkins took a quick 3-0 lead as McDaniel forfeited at third doubles as well as fifth and sixth singles.

Vishnu Joshi and
Jack Hogan pushed the Blue Jays' lead to four when they beat Del Carden and Quinn Burker, 8-0, at first doubles. Seniors
Robby Simon and
Eric Yoo then beat Jimmy Wawrzynski and Noah Friedman by the same score at second to secure the win for Hopkins.
• Joshi shutout Carden at first singles to put JHU up 6-0. Yoo turned the same trick at second when he beat Burker. Simon followed with a 6-1, 6-0 win over Wawrzynski at third. Hogan closed out the match when he beat Friedman 6-0, 6-0 at fourth.
