Meet Highlights
- Ahmed Elmogi placed second in the 200m dash, running a personal best time of 22.59, just behind the event winner at 22.56. Elmogi's time puts him atop the Centennial Conference.
- Daniel Chen placed fourth in the 800, crossing the finish line In 1:55.65. His mark is the fastest time by a Blue Jay in the event this season by over six seconds. Chen's time is the fastest recorded time in the Centennial this season by over three seconds.
- The Blue Jay 4x400 relay team shaved two seconds off their season-best time thus far, finishing with a time of 3:32.21. Elmogi, Alex Dixon, Elias Boussouf and Kevin Sommer combined for the time with Sommer running an anchor leg in 52.52.
- Mitchell Porter placed fifth in the high jump at 1.90m. The mark is Porter's second best of the season (1.99m).
- Freshman Peter Lim posted the team's best pole vault mark of the season at 4.10m, surpassing his previous PR of 4.05. Lim's mark is tied for third in the Centennial this season.
- Owen Bianchi jumped into first in the Centennial Conference in the triple jump with his efforts on Friday night. Bianchi posted a triple jump of 13.57m, beating his previous best by .10m.
