Su's An All-American Once More

Geneva, OH – Competing at NCAA's for the first time since 2019 Outdoors, Matthew Su picked up right where he left off, earning All-America honors for the third time in his career. The graduate had his 2020 Outdoor Track season wiped due to the COVID-19 pandemic and sat out the 2021 season before returning for a final go in 2022. Su broke his own school record to get qualified for NCAA's and today he earned another honor to close out his storied career. The New York native's 7.10m jump was enough to earn him an eighth-place finish and an All-America nod. He joins Andrew Bartnett as the only Blue Jays with three or more All-America honors.

Kevin Sommer's outstanding season concluded on Thursday evening as the junior placed 17th in the 400 hurdles. Sommer finished the race in 56.36, finishing a spot above his seed coming into the event.

Blue Jay graduate Arthur Beyer is set to compete in the 800 prelims tomorrow to close out the week for the Hopkins men.
