BALTIMORE, MD – Johns Hopkins water polo freshman Owen Bartlett has been named to the Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference (MAWPC) Second Team it was announced recently. He is just the seventh Blue Jay freshman to earn all-conference honors and the first since 2015.
 
Bartlett led the Blue Jays with 55 goals and ranked second in points (64) and ejections drawn (45). He also totaled nine assists, 17 steals and five blocks. Bartlett is the first freshman to lead Hopkins in goals since 2015. He notched eight hat tricks and tallied at least one point in 23 of 25 games this season. Bartlett ranks sixth in JHU history in points by a freshman, fifth in goals and third in drawn ejections.
