LANCASTER, PA – Johns Hopkins junior forward
Katie Sullivan has been named the Centennial Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week it was announced today.  Sullivan helped guide the Blue Jays to a pair of victories last weekend in the season-opening Johns Hopkins Invitational.Â

Sullivan scored twice and added an assist in a 3-0 victory over Sewanee in the Blue Jays' first game of the season and then added JHU's first goal of the game in a 3-1 win over 16
th-ranked Scranton.Â

Sullivan's three goals and one assist boost her career totals to 29 goals and 19 assists for 77 points.  She is now tied for ninth in school history in career points, tied for sixth in assists and ranks 13
th in goals.  Dating back to last season, she has scored at least one goal in four consecutive games.Â

The top-ranked Blue Jays return to action tonight (September 6) when they welcome third-ranked Messiah to Homewood Field.  The game between the Blue Jays and Falcons is a rematch of last season's NCAA Semifinal that Johns Hopkins won 4-1.Â
