LANCASTER, PA – The Johns Hopkins women's indoor track team secured its 14
th consecutive Centennial Conference Championship at Franklin & Marshall on Sunday, with senior jumper, Sara Barlett being awarded the women's field Most Outstanding Performer. The Blue Jays added an additional four golds, five silvers and five bronzes to the medal count on the final day of competition.
As the day proceeded, with all 19 events scored, the Blue Jays built the lead to just under 200 points (299.5), leaving second-place Dickinson in the wind with 104 points.
The Champions
Sara Bartlett (Long Jump) – In her sixth and final attempt, Bartlett jumped ahead of Dickinson's Annie Leder (5.47-meters) to regain sole possession of first place, adding a second gold to her weekend total. Bartlett collects Johns Hopkins ninth championship in the long jump since 2011. In addition to Bartlett's effort, the Blue Jays grabbed fourth (
Claudia Ouimet / 5.20-meters) and seventh-place (
Chloe Zhang / 4.99-meters) finishes in the event.
Harrinee Senthilkumar (Mile) – Senthilkumar posted a personal-best 4:59.17 in the mile, running the 40
th-fastest time in the nation this year en route to her second consecutive gold medal in the conference championship. In addition to Senthilkumar's gold, Hopkins scored a clean sweep with

Annie Huang (400-meter dash) – Huang grabbed her second gold medal of the weekend, posting a 58.41 in the 400-meter dash, finishing a full second ahead of Gettysburg's Lillian Boudreau. Blue Jay sprinters,
Lianne Saussy (4
th / 1:00.02) and
Ryan Bigelow (6
th / 1:00.41), also recorded top-eight performances in the event. Huang is Johns Hopkins' eighth champion in the event and fourth since 2019.
4x400-Meter Relay – The Blue Jay 4x400-meter relay team of
Lorna Arcese,
Lianne Saussy,
Ryan Bigelow and
Annie Huang finished a full six seconds ahead of second-place Dickinson to secure the gold medal, crossing the line in 4:00.63. This marks the fourth consecutive gold medal Hopkins has won in the event and the 11
th since 2013.
To conclude the conference championship, Johns Hopkins posted a quintuplet of silver medals with
Erika Ezumba (shot put / 13.27-meters),
Phoebe White (mile run/ 5:00.65),
Mirra Klimov (60-meter dash / 7.83),
Lorna Arcese (800-meter dash) and
Natalie Boquist (3000-meter run / 10:25.99) all holding a piece of the team title.
Overall, the Blue Jays amassed 19 top-eight finishes on day two of the championships to secure the 195.5 victory.
