Ava Angello and
Reagan O'Brien have been named to the 2026 Tewaaraton Award Watch List it was announced on Tuesday. This is the second straight year that the duo has been named to the list.
Angello earned preseason All-America honors from USA Lacrosse and Inside Lacrosse and was recently named the USA Lacrosse Player of the Week. She has totaled 11 goals and 12 points in the two games this season. Angello is the Blue Jays' active career leader in points (223), goals (169) and assists (54). She has scored at least one goal in 41 straight games and has tallied 34 hat tricks in her career.
O'Brien is coming off a record-breaking season in 2025, in which she broke the 25-year-old NCAA single-season record for caused turnovers (103). She was named a preseason All-American by both USA Lacrosse and Inside Lacrosse. O'Brien has notched 11 caused turnovers and 13 ground balls in the season's first two games. The program's all-time leader in caused turnovers, she is now tied for ninth in NCAA Division I history with 177.

th-ranked Duke.
