Post Gradation: I started my career in tech straight out of college working for an international software company with headquarters in Detroit, MI. After several successful years in different management roles at that company (culminating in operational responsibility for the entire Michigan region), I left to form my own investment firm with a focus on early stage tech ventures.  In 2015, I assumed the role of CEO at one of the firm’s portfolio companies, Simplifi, a role in which I still serve.
Fun Fact: First player ever recruited from Michigan to play lacrosse at Johns Hopkins. In fact, in my first start opening day my sophomore season the announcer mistakenly read that I was from Bloomfield Hills, Minnesota because they did not realize that “MI” meant Michigan:).  Also, in my senior year I was elected co-captain and earned all American honors.
