-- Johns Hopkins Tops Siena, 15-6, In Season Opener --
The fourth-ranked Johns Hopkins men's lacrosse team scored four goals in a span of less than three minutes midway through the third quarter to break open a close game and the Blue Jays went on to a 15-6 victory against Siena in the season-opener for both teams at Homewood Field Friday evening. -- Tommasi Nets 24 as Women's Basketball Clinches Playoff Berth --
Freshman Liz Tommasi scored a career-high 24 points and senior Alex Vassila had 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Johns Hopkins women's basketball team past Ursinus, 69-65, to clinch a spot in the Centennial Conference playoffs. -- Wrestling Defeats No. 16 Messiah; Takes Three on Weekend --
The Johns Hopkins wrestling team finally got a chance to wrestle at home this season and the Blue Jays thrilled a large crowd at Goldfarb Gymnasium with a 20-19 upset of 16th-ranked Messiah Friday evening. The Jays then completed a three-match weekend sweep Saturday with Centennial Conference victories over the Merchant Marine Academy (20-13) and Muhlenberg (49-0). Click here for the full story.

Host Ursinus beat Johns Hopkins 58-50 on Saturday afternoon, handing the Blue Jays their first loss since January 16 - a streak of six straight wins. -- Track & Field Performs Well at Bucknell Winter Classic --
Freshman Imoni McCorvey and senior Alexa Tzaferos set program records to lead the Johns Hopkins women's track & field teams at the Bucknell Winter Classic Saturday afternoon. Meanwhile, Freshman Schaffer Ochstein broke the program freshman record in the 5,000 meter run and junior Andrew Carey had a strong showing in the 800 meter run. -- Fencing Goes 6-3 Over the Weekend --
The Johns Hopkins men's fencing team picked up wins over North Carolina and Wayne State at the Duke Invitational on Saturday to go 2-3 on the day. Freshman Josiah Yiu led the Blue Jays with an 11-3 record on the day. Click here for the full story. The Johns Hopkins women's fencing team went unbeaten in six matches to claim its fourth straight Eastern Women's Fencing Conference Championship on Sunday in Baltimore. Sophomore Rachel Kalina led the way for the Blue Jays with a 17-0 record in the Sabre. Click here for the full story.
