BALTIMORE, MD – Junior Matthew Su of the Johns Hopkins men's indoor track & field has been named the Centennial Conference Indoor Field Athlete of the Week for his record-breaking performance in the long jump at the Great Dane Invitational on Saturday.
 
Su claimed first-place the in long jump with a new Centennial Conference record of 7.24m. He bested his previous conference-best mark of 7.16m, which he set last season. The mark of 7.24m is currently the fourth best in the country this season.
 
Hopkins is back action on Saturday, January 19 at the Gulden Invitational which is hosted by Bucknell.
