LANCASTER, PA – Sophomore Annie Gutierrez of the Johns Hopkins women's track and field team has been named the Centennial Conference Indoor Field Athlete of the Week for her performance at the Gulden Invitational on Saturday.
 
Gutierrez won the pole vault event with a new personal best mark of 3.51m as the Blue Jays finished second overall at the meet. Her mark currently tops in the conference and is 18th in the nation.
 
The Blue Jays return to action on Friday, January 25 for day one of the Patriot Games.
