How it Happened
• GW jumped out to an 8-1 lead in the opening quarter. Hopkins found its offense in the second quarter, but trailed 14-5 at the half.
• The Colonials edged the Blue Jays, 4-3, in the third quarter to take an 18-8 lead into the fourth. Hopkins responded by outscoring GW, 4-2, in the fourth but could get no closer in the 20-12 loss.
