Elias Boussouf, Kevin Sommer and Mickey Van Gieson closed out their 2021 Outdoor seasons at the Rowan Last Chance Meet yesterday evening. Trying to qualify for NCAA's, Boussouf and Sommer competed in the 400m hurdles while Van Gieson ran the 200. 

Boussouf and Sommer placed second and third in the 400m hurdles with Sommer posting a PR time of 54.27. Boussouf finished just shy of his PR with a time of 54.22. Barring any drastic drop outs, Boussouf and Sommer will fall just shy of NCAA qualifying, but both posted top-26 times nationally in 2021. 

Van Gieson finished the 200 in 23.23 in his final attempt to qualify for NCAA's. 

The Blue Jays will travel to Greensboro, NC next week for the Division III National Championship meet.
