Haverford
• Hopkins opened the morning with a hard-fought 5-4 win at 35
th-ranked Haverford. Emily Oh and Mimi Lavin beat junior
Christina Huynh and freshman
Aya Igaki-Meader in a close 8-6 match at second doubles to give the Fords the first point of the match.
• Juniors
Anjali Devireddy and
Emily Javedan responded with an 8-6 win of their own at first to tie the match at one. Junior
Celina Liu and senior
Jessica Liang then beat Abbey Russano and Ellie Esterowitz, 8-4, to put Hopkins on top 2-1.
• Oh tied the match at two when she beat Javedan 6-1, 6-0 at fourth singles. Devireddy answered with a 6-0, 6-2 win over Fitzgerald at first to put the Blue Jays back on top.
• Russano got one back for the Fords when she beat Igaki-Meader 6-4, 6-4 at second to make it 3-3. Huynh once again put Hopkins on top as she beat Lavin 6-3, 6-4 at second.
• Ellie Esterowtiz made it a tie match for the fourth time when she defeated Liang 6-4, 6-0 at fifth. The match came down to sixth singles, where senior
Amanda Ruci beat Summer Williams 6-3, 6-4 to clinch the win for Hopkins.

Thomas Jefferson
• Hopkins earned the doubles' point with wins at second and third, but Jefferson responded by winning four of the singles matches to take the win.
• Seniors
Anya Gunewardena and
Sophie Saland beat Nicole Hrbkova and Elisa Hardeski, 6-3, at third. Huynh and freshman
Catharina Ausfahl then beat Manni Zhang and Anna Morgillo, 6-3, at second. Ines Blanc and Stanislova Norets prevented the sweep with a 6-3 win at first over Liu and sophomore
Hallie Gallo.
• Gallo gave Hopkins a 2-0 lead in the match as she didn't drop a game in her win over Hardeski at sixth singles. Zhang answered with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Ausfahl at fourth to get the Rams on the board.
• Hrbkova then tied the match when she beat Liu 6-1, 6-1 at first. Norets followed with a 6-1, 6-4 win at second over Saland to give Jefferson a 3-2 lead.
• Blanc then beat Gunewardena in a close match at third 6-4, 6-4 to clinch the win for Jefferson. Freshman
Zoe Hsieh closed out the match with a come-from-behind 4-6, 7-6 (5), 1-0 (12) win at fifth over Morgillo.

What it Means
• Hopkins pushes its Centennial Conference regular season win streak to 133. JHU also improves to 27-7 all-time against Haverford and has won 26 straight against the Fords.
