NEW ORLEANS, LA – Twelve members of the Johns Hopkins women's track & field team earned All-Academic honors from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). In addition, Hopkins earned All-Academic Team accolades.
To earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors, teams must have a cumulative team GPA of all student-athletes who used a season of eligibility must be at least a 3.1 on a 4.0 scale through the most recent semester/quarter. Johns Hopkins posted a 3.74 cumulative GPA, the highest among all Centennial Conference schools and 11
th highest in the nation.
To qualify for USTFCCCA All-Academic honors, a student-athlete must have compiled a cumulative GPA of 3.30 and must have met at least one of the following athletic standards:
- Competed in an NCAA Indoor or Outdoor Championship
- Finished the regular season ranked in the national top-50 in an individual event or ranked in the national top-35 in a relay event on the official NCAA Descending Order List.
