NEW ORLEANS, LA- The Johns Hopkins men's track and field team has cracked the top 25 in the nation, coming in at number 14, it was announced yesterday. The Blue Jays moved up 17 spots, which was the largest jump for any team among the top 25 this week, to be among the top programs in the country.

Johns Hopkins currently have 55.68 points in the national rankings this season, many of which were gained with the Blue Jays stellar performance at the Patriot Games this past weekend.

Charlie Teeter all ran 3000-meter times that currently sit in the top ten nationally that tallied up over 32 points for JHU in the poll. The Blue Jays also ran an impressive distance medley relay time of 10:10.53 at the Gotham Cup that awarded them 16.16 points in the poll.

Johns Hopkins will return to action this weekend as they head to New York to compete in the Division III Invitational on Friday, February 3
