BALTIMORE, MD – Eight members of the Johns Hopkins men's swim team have been named to the 2024 College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America team. In addition, Hopkins was named a CSCAA Scholar All-America Team with a 3.70 GPA during the Spring 2024 semester.
 
To be named First Team Scholar All-America, student-athletes must have earned a GPA of 3.50 or higher and participated in their national championship. Second Team selections must have earned a GPA of 3.50 or higher and met the "B" time standard for the national championship or participated at a diving zone qualification meet.
 
Graduate student Brandon Stride earns the honor for the fifth time in his career and is just the second swimmer in program history to do so. Senior Kellen Roddy is the 10^th swimmer in JHU history to earn CSCAA Scholar All-America honors four times.
