BALTIMORE, MD – The Johns Hopkins women's indoor track and field team turned in several great performances at the Widener Winter Evening Invitational and the Dr. Sander Scorcher Friday night.

Annie Huang turned in the fastest time in the nation this season in the 800m, and placed 11
th, with a time of 2:09.41.
Lianne Saussy raced to a fifth-place finish in the 400m in 59.29. In the 3000m,
Adriana Catalano led a contingent of Blue Jays with a time of 9:55.84, good for 17
th place, and the eighth fastest this season.
Elena Blodnikar finished just four-hundredths of a second later, while
Emma Pueta crossed in 9:56.63 for 20
th.
Carter Brotherton then finished in 9:58.24 for 22
nd place.
Claudia Oiumet broke the program's 12-year-old freshman record in the 60m hurdles. She finished in 9.44, to best Nikki Kearns' record by one-tenth of a second. In the field,
Sara Bartlett took seventh place with a leap of 11.96m, the fourth best jump this year in Division III.
Widener Winter Evening Invitational
Harrinee Senthilkumar beat the field in the mile, finishing in 5:01.31, the 10
th fastest this season.
Amaiah McIntosh took sixth place in 5:16.76 and
Emily Roskowski placed 11
th in 5:20.39.
Lily Tremba grabbed third place in the 800m as she crossed in 2:22.57.
The Blue Jay 4x400m relay team of Tremba,
Grace Massillon,
Leah Valentine and
Emily Chen posted a time of 4:20.83 for 11
th place.
Anne Hiraki finished in fifth place in the 3000m in 10:48.12, while
Cameron Coletti followed in sixth place with a time of 10:54.96. 7uu
In the field,
Jaclyn Donoho leapt to a second-place finish in the high jump with a mark of 1.55m.
Abigail Lovelace turned in a leap of 1.50m for third place.
Clarissa Newman matched her freshman record in the pole vault with a height of 3.50m, to claim second place.
Cassidy Brown finished second (3.20m) and
Cassidy Woodham placed 12
th (3.05m).
