BALTIMORE, MD – The Johns Hopkins men's lacrosse team placed three players on the 2025 Inside Lacrosse Nike Lacrosse Media All-America Team it was announced today.  Graduate student Scott Smith (D) and junior Matt Collison (M) earned their second consecutive appearance on the team, while senior Logan Callahan (FO) was honored for the first time.  The All-America selections are the second of the

Honorable Mention Inside Lacrosse Nike Lacrosse All-American
• Previously named Second Team All-Big Ten and an Honorable Mention USA Lacrosse All-American
• Won 189-of-311 (.608) faceoffs with a team and career-high 106 ground balls this season
• Currently ranked 10^th in the nation in faceoff winning percentage and ninth in ground balls per game (7.57)
• Finished career 416-of-762 (.546) with 247 ground balls.  Ranks 18^th in school history in career GBs, eight in career faceoffs won and seventh career faceoff attempts
 
Matt Collison (Jr. • M)
Honorable Mention Inside Lacrosse Nike Lacrosse All-American
• Previously named Second Team All-Big Ten and an Honorable Mention USA Lacrosse All-American
• Led the team in points (33) and finished second in goals (21) and assists (12) this season
• Counts 70 goals and 31 assists for 101 career points to his credit
• Is a two-time USILA All-American (2023, 2024) and was an Inside Lacrosse All-American in 2024 (USILA AA team has not been announced for 2025 yet)

• Was a Second Team USA Lacrosse All-American and a First Team USILA and Inside Lacrosse All-American in 2024
