Cepero, Chang and Halpin Named to Academic All-America At-Large Team

AUSTIN, TX – Johns Hopkins placed three Blue Jays on the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America Women's At-Large Team it was announced today. The three student-athletes (Rosy Cepero, Josephine Chang and Jenna Halpin) represent two sports – fencing and field hockey.
 
Cepero and Chang are the only two fencers in Division III named to the Academic All-America team. In addition, they are two of just three fencers to earn Academic All-America honors across all three divisions. Cepero and Chang are the third and fourth women's fencers in school history to be named Academic All-Americans. Halpin is the eighth Blue Jay field hockey player to earn Academic All-America honors. Seven of the eight selections have come in the last four years.
