LANCASTER, PA – The Johns Hopkins men's soccer team garnered six first-place votes and 77 points to grab the top spot in the 2025 Centennial Conference Preseason Poll of the league's head coaches. The Blue Jays are the preseason favorite for the seventh consecutive season.
Dickinson earned four first-place votes and 73 points to take second in the poll with Franklin & Marshall (62 points), Muhlenberg (61) and Washington College (47) rounding out the top five.
Hopkins won its second consecutive and conference-record 11
th championship in a shootout over Muhlenberg in 2024. The Blue Jays advanced to the NCAA Second Round and finished with a 13-3-5 record. Hopkins opens the season on Friday, August 29 versus Rhodes in Sewanee, TN. JHU will play its first five games on the road before taking on Rutgers-Newark at Homewood Field on September 13.
