The Basics
• Score: Dickinson-6, Johns Hopkins-1

• The Short Story: Host Dickinson jumped on top of the Johns Hopkins field hockey team with a pair of early goals and went on to win 6-1 on Wednesday afternoon in Centennial Conference action.

How it Happened
• Chelsea Kramer put the Red Devils on the board just 57 seconds in as scored off her own rebound. Catherine Perlmutter followed with the first of her four goals on the afternoon at the 2:36-mark.
• Kramer finished a pass from Mia Scott to push Dickinson's lead to three at 13:58 with her second of the day. Just 20 seconds later Perlmutter found the cage again to stake the Red Devils to a 4-0 lead.
• That score held into the 39:23-mark when Perlmutter completed her hat trick.
• Hopkins answered 73 seconds later as senior Victoria Piscopo dribbled in and scored to the upper left corner to make it 5-1. Perlmutter then closed out the scoring with 26:10 to play.

What it Means
• Johns Hopkins is now 19-19-2 all-time versus Dickinson while the Red Devils have won five straight in the series.

Inside the Box Score
• Senior Victoria Piscopo scored her second goal of the season and seventh of her career.
• Junior Greta Helvie took the loss after starting the game and making four saves in 14:18. Senior Zoey Atabek played just over 46 minutes, made five saves and allowed two goals. Freshman Jodie Baris played the final 9:30 and made one save without surrendering a goal. • Freddie Bancroft earned the win for the Red Devils with three saves.
• Dickinson outshot Hopkins, 22-10, while Hopkins had the edge in corners (8-7).

Up Next
• Johns Hopkins returns home to play its final regular season contest at Homewood Field on Saturday, October 22. The Blue Jays will host the Bryn Mawr Owls on Senior Day with the game slated for a 6:00 pm start.
