How it Happened:
- Rutgers-Camden opened the scoring in the bottom of the second when Anjudar Cedeno led off with a double and later scored on Cory Kreamer single.
- The Scarlet Raptors made it 3-0 with a pair of runs in the bottom of the third as they took advantage of a leadoff walk and a Blue Jay error.
- Camden doubled its lead to 6-0 with three more runs in the bottom of the seventh. Cedeno recorded his second hit of the game in the inning and came around to score one of the runs.
- The Scarlet Raptors put the game away for good with a seven-run eighth inning, which saw three different Hopkins pitchers struggle to get outs. Wyatt Lam was able to strike out a pair of Raptors, but not before he was tagged for four hits and three runs.
