Meet Highlights
• In the 60-meter hurdles,
Maya Hammonds claimed a second-place finish with a time of 9.42 and also claimed a second-place finish in the 200-meter dash with a time of 26.43 and a third-place finish in the high jump with a mark of 1.60m.
• JHU took spots 5-10 in the 60-meter dash with
Chinaza Nwankpa leading the way with a fifth-place finish (8.28) followed by
Marisa Sailus (8.34),
Haley Bothwell (8.41),
Marina Ayuso (8.45),
Ashley Tyburski (8.49) and
Dana Andrews (8.83). Nwankpa also finished fourth in the 200-meter dash as she crossed the line in 26.95.
• The Blue Jays also grabbed spots 2-5 in the mile led by
Erin Brush (5:09.02) with a second-place finish followed by
Ariel Keklak (5:10.96),
Samantha Levy (5:13.04) and
Emily Stahl (5:15.61).
• In the 400-meter dash,
Alexandra Damron finished in third with a time of 1:00.29 while
Jackie Rieger finished sixth with a time of 1:02.76.
Amber Hamelin finished in fourth in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 3:20.99.
• Johns Hopkins claimed the top-two spots in the 800-meter run with
Therese Olshanski leading the way followed by
Arielle Summitt (2:21.81) in second.

Veronica Montane notched a fifth-place finish in the triple jump with a mark of 10.93m.
• The JHU 'A' 4x400 relay team of
Ashley Tyburski,
Marisa Sailus,
Haley Bothwell and
Rachel Neiman finished in third with a time of 4:09.56.
Johns Hopkins Winners:
• Annie Gutierrez won the pole vault event as she cleared 3.51m.
• Olshanski won the 800-meter run with a time of 2:19.70
