BALTIMORE, MD – Thirteen members of the Johns Hopkins men's swim team have been named to the 2021 Scholar All-America Team. In addition, Hopkins earned team honors with a 3.80 GPA, which is the fifth highest GPA in the nation.
To qualify for First Team Scholar All-America honors, student-athletes must have earned a GPA of 3.50 or higher and participated in the national championship. Honorable Mention selections must have earned a GPA of 3.50 or higher and achieved a "B" time standard for the national championship or participated at a diving zone qualification meet. Due to the cancellation of the Division III championship, the CSCAA established time standards for qualifications based on a standard deviation of previous national championship participation.

McGough earns CSCAA Scholar All-America honors for the fourth time in his career, just the eighth swimmer in program history to do so. Vitek and Wachenfeld are three-time selections while Corbitt, Hughes, Lin, Stride and Wu are two-time honorees. Chen, Davenport, Roddy, Ryan and Seymour earn the honor for the first time.
