LANCASTER, PA – Johns Hopkins senior defender Anna Scott has been named the Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Week for third straight week.
 
Scott once again helped the Blue Jays to a pair of shutout wins. She and the JHU defense held McDaniel to just two shots and one penalty corner in a 4-0 win on the road Wednesday. Scott also notched an assist in the win over the Green Terror. On Saturday, she led the JHU defense to a 1-0 win over Muhlenberg. The defense held the Mules to just four shots on goal. Scott had a defensive save in the third quarter of the one-goal win.
 
Scott leads the Centennial Conference with four defensive saves. She is also tied for fourth on the Blue Jays with three assists. JHU leads the conference in goals allowed (8) and has allowed just 65 penalty corners.
 
Hopkins returns to action on Wednesday, October 19 as the Blue Jays visit the Franklin & Marshall Diplomats. The Centennial Conference game is slated for 7:00 pm.
