• Hopkins jumped out to a 3-0 lead after doubles and then won five of six singles matches to take the non-conference victory. Sophomores

Thomas Yu earned the first point of the match with an 8-5 win over Ryan Macy and Alec Strause at first. Senior
Ryan Hellinger and junior
Alexander Kernagis then beat Matthew Dubuque and Ahun Vodela, 8-3, at third. Sophomores
Daniel Ardila and
Rohan Reddy completed the doubles sweep with an 8-6 victory over Paul Baron and Mason Kolls.

Thomas Yu pushed Hopkins' lead to 4-0 when he defeated Macy 6-1, 6-4 at first singles. Junior
Andrew Tran then clinched the win with a 6-4, 6-2 win at fourth over Vodela. Ardila followed with a 6-2, 6-2 win at fifth over Tyler Hyun to make it 6-0.
• Strause picked up a point for the Captains when he beat Reddy 6-3, 7-6 (5) at second.
James Yu answered with a tough 6-2, 4-6, 1-0 (3) win at third over Eddy Porsmyr Hansen. Senior
Brian Wang closed out the win with a 7-6 (3), 6-1 win at sixth over Dubuque.
