Baltimore, MD - Competing for Johns Hopkins for the first time since March 2020, Matthew Su was named Centennial Conference Field Athlete of the Week for his effort in the long jump at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational on Saturday afternoon. 

Su made his Blue Jay return the previous week in Miami before returning to compete in the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational. Su landed a 7.10m long jump, his third-best mark in a Hopkins uniform and the 10th-best mark in DIII thus far. Su's PR is 7.27m. 

The Jays will return fully to action this weekend at the Towson Invitational.
