• The Blue Jays lost just six games as they jumped out to a 3-0 lead after doubles. Junior

Aya Igaki-Meader blanked Allie Armour and Maddie Russell at first to give JHU an early 1-0 lead. Senior

Celina Liu then beat Claire Burke and Shannon Stewart, 8-2, at third. Junior
Christina Huynh and senior
Jessica Liang closed out doubles with an 8-4 win over Caitlin Vinsonhaler and Avery Samer at second.
• Hopkins then swept singles in straight sets, losing just 12 games in the process, to complete the shutout. Junior
Emily Javedan picked up the first singles point with a 6-1, 6-2 win over Russell at first. Senior
Sophie Saland then clinched the win when she beat Vinsonhaler 6-1, 6-0 at third. Liang followed with a 6-0, 6-1 win over Burke at second to put Hopkins up 6-0.

Zoe Hsieh defeated Stewart 6-2, 6-2 at sixth, followed by a 6-0, 6-1 win by junior
Swati Yarlagadda over Samer at fourth. Freshman
Catharina Ausfahl wrapped up the with a 6-0, 6-2 defeat of Avo Compagnoni at fifth.

• Hopkins improves to 25-2 all-time against Ursinus and has won 23 straight in the series.
• JHU has now won 136 consecutive regular season conference wins.
• The Blue Jays' last three wins have all come by shutout.
