LANCASTER, PA – Johns Hopkins sophomore
Anjali Devireddy has been named the Centennial Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week it was announced this morning. This is her first career conference weekly honor and the first this season for the Blue Jays.
Devireddy helped Hopkins to a 9-0 win at Washington College with wins at first doubles and second singles. She and sophomore
Emily Javedan secured the doubles sweep with an 8-2 win at first doubles. Devireddy then beat Piper Sartison 6-0, 6-3 at second singles. She is 3-0 in singles and 3-0 in doubles this season.
Hopkins returns to action on Saturday, April 17 as the Gettysburg Bullets visit Baltimore.
