Jenna Halpin has been named the Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week. This is her first conference weekly honor, and she is the second Blue Jay this season to be honored.
Halpin notched three points in a 2-0 week for the Blue Jays. She scored the game-winner on a penalty stroke in Hopkins' win at Swarthmore on Wednesday night. Halpin then assisted on the game-winning goal in JHU's win at 17
th-ranked Franklin & Marshall.
Halpin leads the Blue Jays in points (16) and assists (6) and is tied for the team-lead in goals (5).
Hopkins returns to action on Wednesday, October 15 as the Blue Jays host the McDaniel Green Terror. The Centennial Conference game is scheduled for a 5:00 pm start at Homewood Field.
