LANCASTER, PA –
Aubrey Kilgore has been named the Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season. This is the fourth time this season that a Blue Jay has earned a conference weekly honor.
Kilgore helped Johns Hopkins to a pair of shutout wins last week. She made five saves in three quarters of a 1-0 win over McDaniel on Wednesday. Kilgore then made two saves in three quarters of a 2-0 win at 16
th-ranked Haverford.
Kilgore has started all 16 games in the cage and played nearly 700 minutes. She boasts a 0.94 goals against average and a .861 save percentage.
Hopkins returns to action on Wednesday, October 29 at Gettysburg. The Centennial Conference contest is scheduled for a 6:00 pm start.
