BALTIMORE, MD – Junior Aubrey Kilgore has been named the Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Week for the first time in her career. She is the first Blue Jay this season to earn a player of the week honor from the conference. 
 
Kilgore backstopped Johns Hopkins to a pair of shutouts over ranked opponents last week. She made three saves in three quarters of Hopkins' 3-0 win over undefeated and 14th-ranked Dickinson. The Red Devils entered the game averaging 2.8 goals per game. Kilgore then made two saves in three quarters of a 2-0 win at 23rd-ranked Ursinus on Saturday afternoon. 
 
Kilgore has started every game for the Blue Jays and played more than 443 minutes in the cage. She sports a 1.22 goals against average and an .833 save percentage.
