Hall of Fame
One of the early standouts for the Johns Hopkins men's fencing team as he ranks third in school history in winning percentage (.780/96-27). Earned All Middle Atlantic Collegiate Fencing Association (MACFA) honors in 1961, 1962, and 1963 and won the individual MACFA title in the Epee in 1962 and the foil in 1963. He remains the only individual to win an individual MACFA title in two different weapons. Led the Epee team to the MACFA team title in 1961 and 1962 and the Foil team to the MACFA title in 1963. Capped off his career by placing 13th at the NCAA Championships in 1963.
